Our company was founded in 1987 by Mario Lecomples. We started out small about twenty years ago under Mario’s leadership and with his experience, soon grew to earn a solid reputation in the Construction and Building industry.

Our main focus has always been on developing good relations with our clients. This is achieved in part due to the personal care and attention that we provide to our clients. It is also due to effective planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety and management and in turn has allowed us to enjoy long term relationships with our clients. In order to be successful, one must have a great team. Our strength is in our dynamic team and their personal involvement in each and every project. We treat every project with priority whether it is a small renovation or a large million dollar project. Over the last two decades, we have forged solid bonds with many of our suppliers and sub-contractors. As a result, everyone has enjoyed tremendous growth and Dina Mar has emerged as a leader in the Construction Industry.

In February 2008, Brian Crystal joined our team. Mr. Crystal brings over twenty eight years of experience in Retail and Restaurant Construction and Management. His solid work ethic, strong leadership and organizational skills will help us continue to enjoy future growth and success.
